How long does it take? It all depends on how quickly we get the information we need from your attorney. However, in most cases we can get what we need within a few days and once we receive the information we need, you will have your answer within 24 hours. After that, we simply forward a Funding Agreement to your attorney for both of you to sign and once we receive it, you will have your money that same day or a check will be overnighted to you for your use the next day.

What type of cases do you fund? Florida Litigation Funding will provide funding for a number of types of personal injury and other liability cases. See our home page for a full listing of the types of cases we fund.

How much money can I get? The amount of funding you will receive will depend on the value of your case. Once we get the information we need from your attorney, we can determine the amount of on money you can receive. Generally, it will be around 15-20% of the total value of your case.

Is this a loan? No. Our funding advances are non-recourse to you and if you receive no settlement proceeds, you owe us nothing.

How much does it cost? The cost to you will depend on the particulars of your case. Once we receive the information we need from your attorney, an offer will be made and you will receive a Funding Agreement outlining the amount due from you once you receive your settlement proceeds.

Are there any application Fees? No. Applying is free.

How is the funding repaid? Repayment is made upon receipt by your attorney of the settlement proceeds of your case. But remember, if no settlement proceeds are received then you owe us nothing.
